Dylan works at various Junior High Schools under the Abiko Board of Education in Chiba Prefecture.
Since completing his Japanese studies at the Auckland University of Technology in 2010, Dylan has spent four years in Japan. He believes he has developed strong interpersonal skills alongside fluency in speaking, reading and writing Japanese.
Dylan uses these language skills on a daily basis for communication with staff members and co-workers at various Junior High Schools under the Abiko Board of Education in Chiba Prefecture. He states that cultural understanding is important in his line of work. Dylan sees his skills as being useful in the future in translation work or in a company involved in communications. Dylan enjoys the Japanese lifestyle –the great food, the kind people, the convenience of the transport systems and the safe environment.
