Membership is open to anyone teaching in Japanese language and Japanese studies programmes at New Zealand universities and tertiary institutions, including sessional and contractual staff.

Current and past graduates of Japanese language and Japanese studies, non-tertiary teachers of Japanese language and Japanese studies, business partners and individuals or organisations who share the goals and aims of JSANZ are also invited to join our organisation.

Members will receive newsletters and updates of JSANZ events. There is no fee for membership.
